Important safety information+

LDN must never be combined with opioid medications (including tramadol, codeine, methadone, or buprenorphine/Suboxone) — naltrexone blocks opioids and can trigger immediate withdrawal. Tell your clinician about ANY opioid use, and about liver conditions. If you may need opioid pain treatment (e.g., planned surgery), LDN must be paused in advance.
